Vest is a cashback platform that enables users to earn a percentage of affiliate commissions when they subscribe to AI tools through Vest-generated tracking links. By creating an account and using the Vest service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a supported country to use Vest. You may not create more than one account. Vest reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Cashback is earned when you subscribe to eligible AI tools through your unique Vest tracking link. Cashback rates are calculated as a percentage of the affiliate commission Vest receives from partner networks. Rates are estimates and may vary based on billing cycle, plan type, or affiliate network adjustments. Vest reserves the right to update rates with notice.
Your cashback rate is influenced by your loyalty tier, which is determined by your total monthly spend on AI tools tracked through Vest. Tiers are: Vesting (base rate), Half-Vested, and Fully Vested. Vest may adjust tier thresholds over time.
Minimum withdrawal is $5.00. Funds are processed within 2 business days of request. Vest uses Tremendous to fulfil gift card and PayPal payouts. Bank transfers may take 3–5 business days. Vest reserves the right to freeze withdrawals pending fraud review.
Cashback requires that you subscribe to a tool through your unique Vest tracking link. Subscriptions made outside of Vest links are not tracked and will not receive cashback. You must not attempt to manipulate attribution (e.g., by cycling accounts or generating fraudulent referrals).
You may earn a share of cashback from users you refer. Referral earnings are credited when your referred user earns verified cashback. Vest reserves the right to disqualify referrals that appear fraudulent or self-referential.
Vest may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, fraud, or at our discretion. Any unvested cashback (PENDING status) at the time of termination may be forfeited. Confirmed (CONFIRMED status) cashback will be paid out to the extent required by applicable law.
Vest is not liable for actions of affiliate networks, tool providers, or third-party payout processors. Vest's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of cashback confirmed but not yet paid to your account.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vest after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
